Katherine Mosher is a real estate transaction management professional with more than a decade of experience overseeing complex multifamily dispositions.
Most recently, Katherine served as Director of Transaction Management at LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, where she led the execution of multifamily asset sales totaling more than $5 billion across 60+ transactions and over 20,000 apartment units.
Throughout her career, Katherine has managed every stage of the disposition process, partnering with brokerage teams, attorneys, lenders, asset managers, and ownership groups to successfully navigate diligence, coordinate stakeholders, and drive transactions to closing.
Her experience includes both single asset and portfolio transactions, including large institutional sales involving multiple properties, buyers, and stakeholders.
Today, Katherine brings that institutional expertise to multifamily owners and sponsors seeking dedicated transaction management support during asset dispositions.
